Unusable product Delivered/Misrepresented Item
The seller advertised the item I purchased incorrectly. So, I'm unable to use it. It is incompatible with the outlet I have access to. The seller advertised it as an EV charger with a NEMA 5-15 plug, but it does not have a NEMA 5-15 plug. The listing even included a picture of a NEMA 5-15 plug that is not a part of the product that was sold to me.
I cannot afford to be without a charger for my car, and I can't afford to buy another one, because this person will not provide a refund for something I've never used. After he rejected my refund request, I appealed. That appeal was denied. I don't understand how someone can deliver a product that is materially different from what was advertised and not have to process a return - especially considering that the listing said, "Breathe Easy. Returns Accepted".
Is there anything I can do about this?
