Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts - twice
If USPS has tried to deliver a package twice and cannot, and it is returned to seller, what happens? It was sent to the address on Ebay?

Mentor1 month ago@osel3939 When it is returned to you then you can refund the item price only and relist it. Then the buyer can pay again with a better address at checkout.
