unsuccesful return
hello yall i have a little issue i cant seem to figure out how to solve anyways i purchased a bumper on november 20th. it took me about 2 weeks to install it only to realize i ordered the wrong one. seller was responding to every message prior to filing the return. once i did i didnt realize he had only created a return label for the smallest box out of 5 boxes. i messaged him to try to return the other boxes in order to receive my whole refund and they dont answer at all. when he received the one box he only refunded $345 out of $627. i filed a report for ebay to step in which they did and ebay refunded me the remaining $282 but now i dont see the $345 that were sent by the seller like if he removed them out of my bank account. i have receipts of when he did the first refund and account statement that now its not there and the refund from ebay is
