Unshipped item due to it being misplaced-can I get a refund on shipping?
Unfortunately I printed a shipping label for an item that I later could not find.
I had to cancel the order, apologize to the buyer and I did fully refund them.
Am I able to get a refund for the shipping I paid that will not be used?
