unscrupulous seller who's now cancelled the transaction twice on me that he already agreed to.
Summary: emeraldlover shares their frustrating experience with a seller who repeatedly canceled a transaction for emeralds after reaching an agreement. Despite making payments, the seller raised the price and offered excuses about payment issues. emeraldlover expresses anger at the seller's dishonest conduct and seeks advice on further steps to ensure the original deal is honored, wishing to see the seller held accountable on the platform.
ok, so i've been in contact with a seller for a while now, and he finally convinces me to buy from him and sends me an offer for $380 for a parcel of cut emeralds. so i pay, but then he cancels the deal and raises the price on me. i'm like, that is going to fly, we've already agreed on the deal and you've already sent me an offer and i accepted. and then he strings me out for a week giving me bs answers saying the payment didn't go through, when everything was fine on my end and nothing was wrong. then he when i tell him i'm going to leave bad feed feedback and i was going to introduce my super rich friend to him, but not anymore, he agrees to do the deal again. so i pay again, and nothing goes wrong on my end. then he cancels the deal again giving me some bs answer that the payment didn't go through, when it actually did and eerything was fine on my end. this seller is just full of excuses. like just admit to me that you changed your mind and want a higher price for the item, but he continues to lie to me and honestly i'm so fed up with him and his lying that i'm just extremely upset. he shouldn't be allowed on ebay, this is not the right way to do business, after you've agreed on the deal, and he even sent me an offer which i accepted, he just keeps cancelling the transaction. i am so mad, i left him terrible feedback. is there anything else i can do. i just want the item that i agreed to at that price. this guy is so full of bs and just keeps lying to me. is there anything else i can do on my end? seriously, this guy should not be allowed on ebay for his conduct and lying.
