Unscrupulous seller
I am waiting to hear about a refund. If none is forthcoming I will post the seller's information. Message sent to seller: This was a Christmas gift. I was able to get it to my daughter on Jan 3rd. As instructions stated, we opened it to clean inside only to find some baked on food on drip tray. Then found that there were missing accessory items! Grill plate and grill plate handle are missing. Obviously this is a used appliance! I also noticed that the exact same appliance I purchased for myself from ebay (only NEW and UNUSED!) had thin plastic like material that I peeled off the frame. This one did not! I am greatly distressed that someone would be so dishonest as to send a used food appliance! I would hope that a refund will arrive quickly and postage to return the unacceptable appliance.

Mentor1 year agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
