Unscrupulous seller?
I purchased two items under one order number with "buy it now" and immediately paid for the two items. I logged in a few days later to check the status and found that the seller had cancelled my order with the cancellation explanation "out of stock or damaged".
I searched for replacements and found that one of the two items had been relisted. (I confirmed that the relisted items is the exact match through the photographs.) Apparently the first item wasn't "out of stock or damaged". The second item was not relisted, as far as I can tell.
The second item was a collectible and I have a sneaky suspicion that the seller cancelled my order in order to sell the second item to someone else for a higher price. I have not been able to contact the seller (I've tried the eBay "contact seller" to get an explanation but the link didn't work when I tried to access it.)
Any suggestions as to who I should contact at eBay for assistance?
