Unscrupulos sellers
I have spent over $10,000 buying silver from a seller known as "theblackperla". This seller is no longer a registered seller, but before they went dark, I bought a bunch of 100 oz silver bars from them. They provided a tracking number for each, but the US Post Office stated that the tracking shows it is NOT destined for my address, and weighs only 1 or 2 ounces. By generating a tracking number, they can show delivery, but in truth, no silver bars were received. I did reach out to eBay and got a full refund for all items from this seller, but for the last two days, I have signed for two priority mail deliveries (one each day) of a mere envelope with a piece of worthless paper inside. The tracking number on those is the same as two of the silver bars.
I am writing this to ask if anyone else has been scammed by any sellers in this way, and to warn others about what happened to me. The seller had 100% positive feedback when I bid on his items, and was listed as a top rated seller.
