So I bought some clear nicorette patches. They were yellow, nasty yellow
I contacted the seller and he said all nicotine patches are yellow. Which quite frankly is a lie. I asked for a refund and a return label. I had notified ebay and seller right away. Sellers response was negative. Ebay blew me off. No response at all. It's all in writing. So what should I do now?

How did you notify eBay? If you did not open a return request, do that now.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
