Unresponsive seller when asked to get my problem resolved

I purchased a Iphone 13 mini with a 2 year warranty back on February 10th. The phone will not charge with a cable any more. I have contacted the seller and he asked for my order number because they don't save them in their system. I have been trying to get this resolved since September 18th which was first time I contacted the seller. getting no response from them. How do I get ebay involved to help me with my issue?

This was a new unopened boxed Iphone13 mini and Apple says the warranty is expired. The seller website says in the description that there is a 2 year warranty on the phone.

Have you contacted Apple? Warranties are issued by the manufacturer (Apple) or an authorized Apple dealer. As previously stated, Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from date of delivery.

eBay only offers a guarantee for 30 days. You might try a chargeback with your funding source. Did the seller warrant the item, or Allstate?
