Unresponsive Seller [Removed by Moderator] After Paid in Full.
Hello, i purchased an item on Jan 5th. I made the full payment ($386.90) at the time of purchase. I waited for the seller to send the shipping information. 24 hours later (Jan 6th) i had not heard anything from the seller so i emailed the seller requesting shipping information. I received no reply. I waited another 24 hours (Jan 7th) for a reply and again, nothing from seller. I sent another request for information, waited ANOTHER 24 hours (Jan 8th) and nothing. On Jan 9th, I reached out to Ebay requesting a refund, my request was denied. I still have not heard from the seller, and i have no shipping update. I am not sure what my next step is at this point. Any suggestions?
