Unresponsive seller
Purchased an item well over a month ago and it hasn’t shipped. I’ve messaged seller three times in last month and gotten no response. I tried cancel the order to get my money back and the seller denied that.
What options do I have?

When was the last estimated delivery date? Buyers have up to thirty days from that date to file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will then have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or else refund the buyer. If the seller does not cooperate, at that point the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
If you have waited too long to get help from eBay you may still have recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer up to 180 days of protection from the date of purchase.
