Unresponsive seller
Seller has not bought or sold anything. Member since 2024. I bought a new handbag which was supposed to go to eBay authentication but there has been no movement. Seller does not respond.

here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

OP8 months agoThanks. They are supposed to send the bag to eBay authentication. Can I see if that happened? Or do I only see when authentication ships it to me?

The only ship-to address the seller would have received for your order is that of the authenticator.
If there is no tracking number, then either the seller didn't ship or he shipped outside of eBay (for example, took the package to the post office to ship himself) and didn't upload tracking.
If there is a tracking number AND he gave the package to the carrier, then it's on the way to the authenticator. If he didn't get an acceptance scan, there may not be any movement showing until it's received at the authenticator.
