    Does anyone know how to report a seller that did not answer any of the questions I asked about an item? I missed out on a item that I was really interested in because they would not respond.  They did not have a very good description and I wanted to clarify some things before I purchased.  Why would they blatantly ignore me?

    Good sellers WILL respond to your questions. There could be many reasons why you didn't receive a reply: he didn't see the message, he didn't want to answer the questions because he had something to hide, he just doesn't provide very good service and ignores questions...

     

    Not answering questions is not a policy violation so there is nothing to report. I wouldn't look at it as missing out on an item. I'd look at it as I was lucky to avoid a seller I very likely would have had problems with.
