Unresolved issues don't exist

I recently made my first eBay account. Within a week I sold 2 items that came out to about $1000. First my money went on hold. Was first told when items are delivered now I'm hearing 2-3 days after delivery. But the real problem is now they're saying I can't get paid til I resolve issues. They're saying that the issues are that the items haven't been delivered yet, theirs tracking showing where they are and they aren't late. My account says 5 unresolved issues,1 on each item I have for sale, I go to hub n click on resolve it says no issues to resolve. I'm getting a feeling I'm being giving thevrun around. Newest info is my issues will be resolved 5-7 days after delivery. But again my account shows my issues are with other items.

OP1 week agoNow I’ve had $152 released from hold but I still can’t access it. Both items have been delivered, they keep telling me that I’ve fulfilled my requirements that restrictions will be lifted within the next 2 days but it’s been 6 and now they’re saying the next 5

All new sellers have a 21-30 day hold placed on their first several payments. Lower cost items may get the funds released within a couple of days of tracking showing delivered, but more expensive ones may have to wait out the full 30 days. The link below has more info about the hold.

According to an Advanced search, you have only sold one item a video magnifier, did you create a different account that you sold the other one(s) on? I also do not see any items that you currently have listed, they may have been pulled by ebay if there was a listing policy violation. Depending on what you had listed there could be several reasons on why that happened, and unless you can give us an example of what you were trying to sell we can't really say why they are not showing up. The most common reasons are:
Prohibited or Restricted Items: Selling items that are illegal, dangerous, or against eBay rules (like weapons, recalled goods, or certain foods).
Counterfeit or Replica Items: Listing fake brand-name clothes, electronics, or luxury goods as authentic.
Unauthorized Copyright or Trademark Use: Using copyrighted photos, logos, or brand names without permission from the owner (Verified Rights Owner Program - VeRO).
Contact Information in Listings: Adding phone numbers, email addresses, or external website links to try and complete a sale outside of eBay.

Mentor1 week agoWhere are you getting the shipping labels? If you use ebay shipping, in addition to getting a discount, the tracking number is automatically uploaded to ebay. If you use another program, or pay at the carrier, you have to upload the tracking number so ebay knowns when the packages are Delivered.
