I won an auction but the item wasn't shipped. I contacted eBay because the seller was not responding. EBay took it upon itself to issue a refund I did not request. I still want the item but can't get connected to an agent and the AI online assistant just tells me that my case is closed so I can't be connect. Anyone know how I can reach eBay?
