Unrecognized Credit Card Charge from eBay

Question

I see no where on eBay web site where I can speak to someone on a credit card charge I wish to dispute. There is no order on My Account for the date or amount from a eBay charge to my credit card statement. What to do?

Did you make an offer or place a bid? Payment info is now usually verified when you make the offer or bid now. Is there anyone else in your home with access to your card?

If not, and the charge is permanent - not pending - call your card issuer immediately and report your card compromised. They will freeze your card, issue a new card with a new #, and dispute the charge with eBay, and any others you identify as fraudulent.

eBay can not give you any information about an order not made with your ID.
