Unreasonable Request on a product
I received a product and unfortunately did not open it all the way since it was my husbands Christmas present. When he opened it Christmas day we discovered that 2 of the small bowls and the 1 large bowl were all broken. Only 2 small ones and the salt and pepper shakers are usable. Not a great family movie night with popcorn. The seller offered $25 of the $51.41. I can't even replace the pieces for that very disappointed!!!!!!! I can't find a way to appeal why?

Mentor1 year agoIf it has been 30 days since you received the items, you can file a Return Request and return all of it for a full refund.
If more than 30 days have passed, then the seller's offer to give you a partial refund is likely the best you are going to get because the Money Back Guarantee for sellers is 30 days from when you received it.
It is why it is important to inspect those gifs as you receive them. I know, I'm do what you do sometimes and just keep my fingers crossed.
