Unprofessional seller and missing product
when I order the product the seller waited 4 days to finalize my order. And that was only after I reached out for tracking because the item I order was due to be delivered. When I asked more about the tracking the seller refuse to respond anymore. When I stating I would be contacting ebay ciustomer service the seller deactivated his selling platform. I have put in several complaints to eBay and I keep getting an automated reply that they will reach out to the seller and then contact me in three days. If ebay is monitoring the messages as they state they are then you have seen the many messages to which I have sent this seller. At this point I am ready to deactivate my account completely from dealing with both the seller and eBay. I will be posting this on social media

Mentor3 years ago@syljac-59 Sorry you are having trouble with a bad seller. Filing a not received refund request is how you get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
Find your item here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042&st=2&pos=2&query=Get%20help%20with%20an%20item%20that%20hasn%27t%20arrived&intent=item%20didn%27t%20arrive&context=DEFAULT_SELLER
4 business days after you file the refund request ask ebay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you. If you do not ask ebay to step in and help then the case closes after 21 days and you lose.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on ebay.
If it is over that you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from date of purchase.
File the claim here https://www.paypal.com/disputes/
Escalate the dispute to paypal if the seller doesn't refund you after a few days. If you do not escalate the dispute the case closes after 20 days and you lose.

Or if you did not pay using PayPal you can file a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
