Hi,
I haven’t been doing this very long and made a mistake and cross shipped 2 items. One buyer received the wrong item and notified me - I realized that her item went to the other buyer. I messaged him after learning of the mis ship. I asked him to start return so I could make it right for him and her. He accused me of being some sort of scam when he submitted return and stated he didn’t want it now. Then when I didn’t submit the label on his time frame (he messaged and told me the my feedback would depend on my sending label) I had (have) until 5/29/26 . He sent me a message today AFTER negative feedback. I spoke to EBay and they are removing the feedback. I have sent the return label to other buyer to have his item correctly sent to him. I am not wanting to refund him - since he will be receiving his item. Anyone have thoughts on this for me?

You should issue refunds for both items when returned - do not ship the correct item to either.
After refunding when you receive the returned items, relist have the one buyer purchase their item again.
The only way to not refund the returned items is to ask the buyer to close the return, which they won’t want to do until they receive their item. So it is better to refund and start over.
