unpaid purchases
I have never heard I have never paid some one. I always pay for my purchases. Please let me know why it is not letting me bid on things. IN fact everyone is usually happy with how quickly I pay.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History page and click the button to see unpaid items. Two or more unpaid items within 12 months will get you blocked by most sellers. It takes 12 months for each unpaid item strike to roll off your account.
