What a nonsense, what a mistake. Please tell me orders I don't pay. I don't know any such...
How to eliminate such nonsense - those eBay robots are a waste of time. I'm on eBay more than 18 years but never was in such crazy situation.
I don't even know how to express myself here...

That is an option that some sellers use to avoid non-paying buyers. Not all sellers use it, and not all have a 12 month limit... it can be shorter.
If there is a link to appeal, that's your best option.
You can also ask the seller to allow you to buy anyhow. They would add you to their 'exemption' list so that you could buy from them.

But how do I find out what I haven't paid for? There really aren't any and there really wasn't.
Maybe it's because of those 4 days where eBay says buyer need to pay? But I have been making purchases from some familiar sellers for many years, up to 1 month in advance, and everything has always been good.

Mentor5 months agoTo find any possible unpaid items, you would need to look in your Purchase History, click on the "Returns & Cancelled" tab, and look for cancelled items, and click on "View details".

I think I found those unfortunate and "unpaid" ones. But these two are at my home and were paid of course.
I bought about 15 items (in a few weeks) from a familiar seller, as I have been doing for many years. After asked an invoice and seller (he is private seller) told me that eBay didn't included two items in the invoice and he can't to change nothing here. So two items were canceled by the seller and was left for another time. Ebay interfering in the postage service.. and private sellers can't control his own trade.
But these are not unpaid goods, these are canceled although on eBay states :

eBay autocancels sales after 4 or so days for most sellers now to help prevent bad buyers.
I know you aren't a bad buyer.
If in the future, you need to delay payment on an item, ask the seller to cancel for "Buyer Asked to Cancel". There is no penalty for that method.
Then the seller can relist and you can buy when you are ready for a big order.
Meanwhile, contact the seller you want to purchase from and ask them to put you on the allowed buyer list. If they don't understand, send them here, it explains how this works

OP5 months agoYes, I know this 4 days limit but in my case this happened because eBay didn't include all items on the invoice. We all know how many problems were after eBay began to classify and regulate the life of private sellers... Usually I don't wait with my payment 4 days to pay if I buy only one or a few items

Mentor5 months agoThe are only two ways to receive the Unpaid Item strike. One is if the seller cancels the purchase using the "Buyer has not paid" reason. Sellers cannot use this reason until four full days have passed since the item was purchased. Second is if the seller has allowed eBay to automatically cancel unpaid purchases after a specific length of time (minimum four days and a maximum of 30 days). The seller determines the number of days to allow for payment. Sellers are totally in control of this process not eBay.
