Unpaid Items Options?

I sold an item and afterwards buyer wanted to cancel and said "sorry provided wrong address". I responded and said I had not shipped yet so please provide the correct information. I also refused to cancel the order.

Now between the AI agent and articles...I dont knwo what my options are...Ill ship the thing or not but the buyer should have to pay me.

You file a cancellation using the reason Problem with buyer's address. You then relist the item, send the buyer the new item number. Buyer then repurchases the item and this time, when he goes to ebay Checkout, makes sure the SHIP TO address is correct.
