Unpaid Items - How to cancel an order????
the option " Buyer hasn't paid" to cancel the order are no londer available, how can cancel an order ??
the buyer didnt pay and I don´t know the right procedure.

OP2 years agoI checked on youtube´s tutorial and looks like this option are only available 4 days after.

·2 years agoThe option is only there from day 5 to day 30 after the transaction (end of auction, offer accepted, etc.). You can't do it before or after then.

Mentor2 years agoYou have to wait till the fifth day for the "not paid" option to appear when cancelling a transaction.
