Unpaid items and cancels
So about a year ago I was winning big on eBay under bids I mean I felt like I was in sports heaven but I realized something was wrong there is no way I could afford a Phillies jersey with 30 signatures for $11.00 Dollars the jersey by itself is $80 to $100 then add 30 of the Best players and Hall of famers on there as well plus other items... So I went to stop the purchase of them contacted the sellers trying to do the right thing even had to contact the California police department and file a report because my account got blocked and wasn't that I couldn't paid for the items just I felt I was ripping off the sellers and didn't want to do that to them and my account was suspended for a month... But here I am all most a year later and my account is still suspended I can't bid and I play the game fairly if I win woo hoo but if I lose it's my loss someone else's gain... But why is my account still suspended and I had to answer some real weird questions from eBay and they said they would take care of it but still suspended and I have all ways kept a good account with eBay and the sellers this was my first problem... And I have been an ebayer for years can anyone help me please on it all why am I being punished for being the good guy

If you win an auction, you are obligated to pay for it. You agreed to that each time you bid on an item. Cancellations and unpaid items cost sellers time and money they cannot recoup. Telling the sellers after the fact that you don't plan to pay doesn't help them.
You may be able to purchase an item with immediate payment required, but many sellers will automatically block any buyers with 2 or more unpaid items within a year. After a year, you may be able to buy again if your suspension isn't permanent. However don't fail to pay for your purchases.
