Unpaid items
I left bids on two Ebay items but then discovered that I was going to have to be out of the country for several weeks. I then contacted a person here in town who acts as an agent in situations like this. This person agreed to monitor the auctions and to pay for any item that I'd won. I gave him the means for paying for these, plus a fee, but for some reason he failed to carry out the agreement. I don't know why he failed to do it since I can't contact him now. I would like to continue with Ebay but I've been blocked. I have over two thousand perfect feedback score, over at least 15 years, with never a blemish and I wish to be cleared of this blockage. Please contact me if there are any questions or instructions. Thank you.

The unpaid items "strikes" will remain on your account for 12 months from the date they were assessed.
There are some sellers who do not block buyers with unpaid item "strikes", so you may be able to use the Buy It Now on some sellers' items.

Mentor2 years agoIf you won 2 auctions, but failed to pay within 4 days, the sellers can add your user ID to their blocked bidders list. Sellers can set their buyer requirements to block buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions, and that block will be in place for 12 months. You can try contacting customer service, explain your situation, and perhaps they will remove one of the defects.
