unpaid item via boatliquidator
we agreed to purchase a boat from them and paid for it...they have a money back guarantee if item was not described correctly and there were a lot of hidden charges that we were not made aware of and a refund was done..for whatever reason he never marked the item as paid and he was asked several times to do so, there is a record of the transaction in my ebay messages as well as a message from me to him of payment sent... there is also a record of my asking for the refund several times before it was actually done....feel free to double check those messages,i have since bought another boat from him and it was marked as paid and i received the location of the boat...the boat angel boat was a oversight on my part and i take full responsibility for that one but surely dont think i should be restricted for one mistake on my part
