Unpaid item strikes
I went to purchase an item that seller offered me a discounted price on. When I went to counter offer, Ebay said that I couldn't due to receiving two unpaid item strikes in the past 12 months. I have always paid on my purchases! Some have been purchases through Ebay UK, Where Ebay US still posted them in my cart even though they had been paid! It really ticks me off that there is no way to contact Ebay directly to resolve these issues! I have been on Ebay over a decade and have a 100% record. The help page is useless trying to get this cleared up!
