Unpaid item strikes
I've never not paid for an item and I just tried to make an offer on something and received a red message saying I cannot purchase due to 2 unpaid item strikes. Has this ever happened to anyone else? How can I fix it?

You will have to wait for the unpaid item strikes age off your account after 12 months from when they were issued.
Not all sellers block bidders/buyers with unpaid item strikes.

First check your My eBay to check whether you've failed to pay for items without realizing it. There should be a Heading called 'Unpaid items' ... or something similar.
