Unpaid item restrictions.....
Months ago I found myself in an unusual situation. I was stacking items that I was interested in my cart, which I thought was the usual way to shop. I'd return to decide which items I wanted to purchase. Didn't know I was expected to buy everything in my cart. So, I tried to buy what I could afford but had my buying privileges revoked by some buyers when there were two items I couldn't pay for.
Did Ebay switch things up? Because I thought I had shopped here with items in my cart being items I was interested in only, like any other store with an online presence. And all of the sudden I am expected to buy everything in my cart when it would be 1000s of dollars. Now some sellers bar me from buying even though I have a terrific feedback record as a buyer and seller. This does not seem fair.
