Unpaid item appeal
Hello, could you please help?
No real-person help is available from eBay as I write this and during their working hours and automated responses are useless.
I have no unpaid item cases recorded in the last 12 months, yet some do show on my account and it affects my account’s credibility.
I cannot appeal, as there is nothing to appeal (according to the automated agent).
What can I do?
Help much appreciated indeed.
