Unpaid item
I won a bid but didn't realize it until it was too late. Once I realized, I immediately contacted the seller and asked if I could pay. The seller never responded. I buy hundreds of items on eBay and sometimes I don't look at it for a week or so. I can easily spend 100k per year on eBay....sometimes I just don't see winning bids in time.

Buyers have 4 full days to pay before the seller can cancel the transaction and report that the buyer did not pay.
If you bid on auctions on Ebay I would suggest checking your activity more frequently in order to avoid Ebay unpaid item "strikes".
