Mentor3 years agoMake sure you give them a strike. Cancel the transaction after 4 days with the reason buyer didn't pay. Block them, relist. Once you give them a strike, feedback can't be left by either party.

It's not allowed for years. A decision caused by retaliation.
So, only positive comments or no comment at all.
