Unpaid item
I shipped an item on April 22nd regular mail and have not received funds to pay for the item. The shipping label would have cost $4.05 and the item was sold for $4.50. I cancelled the label and wrapped it and sent it regular mail. I informed the customer to watch for it in regular mail.

Payments for new or infrequent sellers are held 14-21 days. With no tracking, you should expect 21 days. You can check your payment account for the expected release date. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
I don’t get a sense of the size of the item - a first class letter can not be more than 1/4†thick, and it must be able to bent around the sorting equipment - think of it going around a soda can. Rigid items often get ripped form the envelope.
If your buyer says not received, you will have to refund in full.
