Unpaid cancellation record appeal
Hi Everyone
My account was hijacked 6 months ago but finally all sorted. I have used the account since. I just tried to buy something & a 'unpaid cancellation' message popped up saying I was not allowed to bid ! The item is on a charity shop posting. I wanted to bid £40. I do not understand this as I have NO unpaid invoices to my knowledge. Check out my good feedback - been on here since 2004! I am upset about this can anyone advise. Many thanks. Colette

·2 years agoThe items you didn't pay for would not show up as an "unpaid invoice" but would be under the Returns and Cancellations tag of your Purchase History, having been CANCELLED for non-payment after 4 days. And ALL buyers have "good feedback" because seller's haven't been able to give anything else to buyers since 2008.
