unpaid cancellation record
eBay wont let me bid because it says i have a
unpaid cancellation record, this is not correct, i don't even have any negative feedback
the strange thing is i can buy it now

·2 years agoWhat does the error message say EXACTLY?
If it's saying you can use Buy It Now with immediate payment (or Add to Cart and pay) and does not mention at least 2 "unpaid item cancellations" in x months, then it probably does not metion "unpaid cancellation record" but rather refers simply to unpaid items, WHICH INCLUDES items you are committed to buy (conditionally) but can't pay for yet (bid on an active auction or pending Best Offer).
And buyers cannot get "any negative feedback" for any reason since 2008, so the absence is irrelevant.

OP2 years agoI think its because I've bought items locally and picked them up the seller hasn't said I've been and payed for item so they get away with not paying fees

Well that is more the seller's fault, but it may be that you got hit with non-payment strikes as a result of them not doing their sale correctly, and apparently getting you blamed for it and not them. And if you have 2 or more of those, you will get blocked by some sellers.

·2 years agoAgain, what is the text of the error message? There are a couple of blocks/limits you might be running into, and we'd need to see the exact message to see which one to figure out which and therefore what you can do.
Also check your My eBay: Purchase History for the status of those transactions, to see whether they are CANCELLED for unpaid or simply showing not paid.
