Unlock phone
I have a phone that I purchased that was supposed to be unlocked. I went to my carrier to have them unlock it, thinking they locked it because I had a past due balance, only to find out that it that it is locked from whom I purchased it from. I purchased from ebay. How do I go about getting it unlocked?

You did not purchase the phone from Ebay, you purchased it from an individual seller on the Ebay website.
If you cannot get it unlocked, you can file a Return Request within 30 days of delivery, specify "Doesn't match description".
