Unknown unpaid items

Question

This message pop up when I tried to bid for an item:-
“You're unable to buy this item because you have a record of 2 orders in the last 12 month(s) that were cancelled because they weren't paid for.”

I have been making payments promptly save except cancelled by Seller themselves with reasons best known to them.

Please advise.

@vsktmain Go to your purchase history. At the top there are filters, one is unpaid items. Then you can see which items were recorded as unpaid.

Since sellers are the ones to issue the Unpaid Item Strikes if you do not pay within four full days you cannot blame eBay for this. Since you say some sellers cancelled your purchases this may have been the cause of the strikes you received.
