unknown returns
I keep getting items sent to me from different people to my address, with my name that I never sold. In fact I never sold anything on ebay but I have received 2 "returns" of tools from 2 different senders, I received cologne from another, makeup from yet another. I dont know what is going on and cant find any way to speak to a human at ebay about it

Mentor2 years agoContact customer service and tell them a seller is using your identity for his returns - they can identify the seller from the return ID on the package.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
