Unknown reason for suspended account
I had an eBay store and I was finally starting to do well with it. All of a sudden eBay suspends my account and won’t tell me why or how to get it back. Helpppp

Mentor1 year agoThe mentors on this forum as not eBay employees so we have no access to your account information and have no idea why your account was suspended. There are multiple reasons this could have happened.
If the message you received did not specify a specific time period of the suspension this is an Indefinite Suspension which is eBay's polite way of saying forever. Unfortunately customer service may or may not be able to tell you anything about the suspension but it does not hurt to try.

Just try again later. Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time.
