Unknown Credit Card Charge
I have a credit card charge which doesn't match any of my purchases. Is there a way to find out who the charge is from? The credit card statement only says "eBay O* series of numbers San Jose CA". Any help would be appreciated.

If the charge only appears on your credit card statement and not in your eBay Purchase History of each of your eBay accounts, you might try contacting your card issuer for details of that transaction, or to dispute the transaction and get a new card number issued.
Keep in mind that order totals might not match if a portion was paid for using a gift card, credit, coupon or voucher, or if the transaction was an international one. If you purchased as a guest on eBay, you should have received an email regarding the transaction.

How do you pay for purchases? Do you pay with a credit card directly, or do you do the same as I do, which is pay with PayPal, and PayPal charges my credit card. If that's the way you do it, then log into your PayPal account and click into Activities. Match it up with your credit card statement by amount and/or by date.
