You need to contact your credit card company about this ASAP, not eBay. Someone has gotten a hold of your credit card information and made a purchase on eBay with it. This happens often when a credit card machine has been tampered with by a thief. (Google "credit card skimming.")
Your credit card company will provide you with a new credit card and #.
