Unknown Charges
My Nov/Dec credit card statement has 2 charges for eBay items that I didn't order. I don't know what the items are because just the long series of numbers and letters and the amount charged appear. Total amount around $50.

Mentor2 years agoCompare it to your recent bids or offers in all your eBay accounts. Compare it to your recent purchases or sales (purchases of shipping labels).
Keep in mind totals may not match if you used a discount, coupon, credit or voucher to pay for a portion of the amount, or if the transaction was from overseas or involved a currency conversion.
If you still cannot identify a transaction that appears on a bank statement, contact your bank for further details or to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.

Mentor2 years ago@Anonymous If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
If you need help starting a refund request here's how to contact customer service.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Click Automated chat on the left hand side of the screen. ( Trust me)
3. Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department. If the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT again. Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
4. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
