Unknown charge on my CC
There is a charge on my CC for an unknown item. This amount does not show up on my purchase history.
I can't get a human at Ebay. There is nothing in their choices that fits this. I was told that I would get a return phone call. Rec'd an automated call that was of no help and they ended the call. How do I get help??

If there is no matching purchase in your purchase history, you do not have any open offers or bids, and are sure no one else in your home used your card, contact your credit card issuer and report your account compromised. eBay can not give you details of a transaction not associated with your account.
Your card issuer will freeze your card, issue a new one, and dispute the charge with eBay.
