unknown charge
I was charged via PayPal for a "purchase" but when I go to my Ebay account the "purchase" cannot be found.
I have a Order Number: 07-13684-54284 on PayPal but when I look at Ebay the number is not found. I need to know what the purchase was and if it was my purchase. Please advise

Mentor4 months agoWe are buyers and sellers who volunteer to answer questions, so we have no access to personal information or order numbers, etc. We could look up an item number, but not an order number. Do you have a corresponding email with that? You could possibly call PayPal and ask for more details on the transaction.

OP4 months agoI don't have another account and always use the account I have. Does Ebay have a way of looking up that Order number?

Is it possible you made that purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
