Unknown Bank Account payment to eBay
My bank account shows a paypal payment to ebay that doesn't related to any transactions I have made. How do you connect with a human to work this out.

Mentor3 years agoeBay can only help if the transaction appears in your eBay account. If another eBay account was used, you must be signed in to that account for eBay to assist.
Keep in mind transaction totals may not match if you used a coupon, voucher or discount, or if the transaction was an international one.
Check your payment preferences for shipping labels to see if something has changed there. If there was not enough in your pending funds, a shipping label may have been paid for by an alternative source such as PayPal.
Does the transaction appear in your PayPal account? Any info there?

OP3 years agoNo transaction appears in my PayPal account that matches or comes close to what I was looking for.

Mentor3 years agoIf the transaction does not appear in your PayPal account, then most likely your PayPal account was not used. It may have been made using someone else's PayPal account through someone else's eBay account.
Contact your bank to get more details of the transaction or to dispute the transaction and get a new bank card issued (if it was paid for via a bank card).
