Unknown account restriction
I recently sold my first auction and upon completion, my account was immediately under restriction which holds any payouts. I received a vague message explaining the purpose for the restriction. I followed any and steps but can't find a way to lift the restriction. Every article I've read from EBay tells me to read the message that gives nothing specific.
My only guess is that I purchased a shipping label through EBay to ship the product and it's waiting for me to pay it out. I assumed it would come out of the payout but there is no explanation on how to pay for it at this point.
Any help is appreciated!

Mentor1 year agoWhen you go to print the shipping label using ebay, scroll DOWN. You will have a choice of paying for the label from your payout or from your Paypal account.

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
