Hi i bought these hub caps they have not showed up no tracking got a message from seller you cant respond too. i bought these using my phone instead of sighing into my computer. So when i go to report it not showing up it dose not show up on my history of me buying them. i used paypal so i got charged for them but never got them

Is it possible you made the purchase as a guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member (that is why it is not in your Purchase history). You will need to sign in using the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent you. Then you should be able to file a Returns Request.
