Who else has had a bad experience with this shipping company? They have not delivered my parcel even though it has been in Canada for three weeks. The seller has offered to send a replacement, but when I told him to find a new delivery service he said eBay forces him to use it.
I tried to let eBay know they need to contract with someone else, but that seems to be impossible with their chatbot (which is beyond useless).
Maybe if we complain about this enough someone at eBay will finally notice. I looked up UniUni on TrustPilot and they have an aggregate score of 1 star based on thousands of reviews.
