Unique... Seller sent an item to me by mistake.
Hi... This is an odd thing, but will hopefully straighten out a purchase " glitch"... I bought a pair of foldable scissors from Seller on Nov 24th. I received them... They were perfect and I posted positive feedback.
Today I received a package from the same Seller. She sent it to me with a duplicate label. the one she had initially used, so I was charged the $12.90 for postage. I'm not concerned so much by the cost of the postage, but the Seller has sold this item to someone else. I messaged the Seller and told her I would get the item in the post to the proper Buyer so they would get it before Christmas. I asked her to message me back ASAP so we could get this resolved... No reply, and she no longer has any items up for sale. I tried to call her but she hung up on me.... HELP!!!!!! (Or have I just gotten some free Christmas candles?? 🙂

Mentor2 years agoWell, you gave it your best shot. If the seller will not communicate, there is not much you can do. Hopefully, the rightful buyer will file an Item Not Received case to get reimbursed.
